Army cadets Biff Roberts (Eddie Bracken), Tony Williams (Gordon MacRae) and Dave Crouse (Dick Wesson) have a few romance problems. While Tony and Dave try to win the girls of their dreams, Biff has a more complicated issue -- he's married to the lovely Alice Wheatley (Phyllis Kirk) and must attempt to keep this under wraps, since it's against strict academy rules. Hiding Biff's marriage is imperative for Tony and Dave too, since they need star pitcher Biff to win the academy's big game.
