THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE FIFTY UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE OR IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE BUT ARE NOT PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN THE FIFTY UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY AS THE OFFICIAL RULES REQUIRE THAT ENTRANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THAT DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES BE RESOLVED IN ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN BY CLASS ACTIONS, AND LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.
1. Entry Period: The FRONT ROW SEAT SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 6, 2025, and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on August 24, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s time clock will be the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. All entries must be received, or in the case of mail-in entries, postmarked, by 11:59 P.M. ET on August 24, 2025. Mail-in entries must be received by August 29, 2025. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions made by Sponsor relating to the Sweepstakes are final.
2. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes you must be a U.S. resident who is physically located in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who is at least 18 years of age (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older or residents of Mississippi who must be 21 years of age or older). Employees, officers, agents, directors of DIRECTV LLC (“DIRECTV” or “Sponsor”), Snipp Interactive, Inc. (“Administrator”), and their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, partners, dealers, manufacturers, distributors, sponsors, advertising agencies, promotion and administration agencies and any entity which is involved in any aspect of the creation, production, operation, execution or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, referred to as “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, siblings, children, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings, and their respective spouses, and/or those living in the same household, whether or not related) are not eligible to enter Sweepstakes.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor and by the decisions of Sponsor; (b) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules; (c) represent and warrant that he or she meets all the eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules; (d) agree to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; and (e) agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all liability arising out of or relating in any way to entrant’s participation in Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Sweepstakes Entities. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all claims, demands, damages and causes of action for personal injuries or death and/or damage to personal or real property, theft, loss or any other harm, suffered directly or indirectly from entrant’s participation in Sweepstakes or the receipt or acceptance, redemption, possession, use or misuse of the Prize (hereinafter defined), and for any claim including claims based on defamation, publicity rights, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property related or other cause of action.
3. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter in the Sweepstakes: (1) Purchase Method of entry; and (2) via U.S. Mail entry method.
Note: All participants have the same odds of winning regardless of the entry method they use to participate.
a.) Purchase Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants can obtain one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes by purchasing DIRECTV ENTERTAINMENT streaming package with Gemini device via the $59.99 for first month promotion ($49.99 for the first month for ENTERTAINMENT Package and $10/mo. for device) through directv.com or a DIRECTV call center. Purchase via phone by calling 1-800-DIRECTV or one of the toll-free numbers on directv.com. If purchasing via phone and you have any questions with respect to whether the purchase would qualify as an entry in the Sweepstakes, ask your customer service representative; OR
b.) To Enter Via U.S. Mail: Entrants must legibly handprint in black or blue ink on a 3” x 5” card their first and last name, ZIP code, email address, and daytime phone number and mail the card with first class postage affixed to: Front Row Seat Sweepstakes c/o Snipp Interactive, 6320 NW 97 Ave., Doral, FL 33178. One (1) postcard equals one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by August 24, 2025, and received by August 29, 2025. Illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, lost, late, misdirected, stolen, delayed, damaged, postage due, machine printed, typewritten or mechanically reproduced mail-in entry submissions will not be accepted. An entrant’s submission of entry by mail certifies that he/she (i) is satisfying all eligibility requirements set forth herein, (ii) has read and complied with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and DIRECTV’s Privacy Policy, and (iii) provides their consent to be contacted via email or phone at the email address or phone number they provided on their entry for the purposes of Sweepstakes administration, if necessary
All information submitted by entrants is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with DIRECTV’s Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.directv.com/privacy/video-privacy-policy/. By participating in Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree that DIRECTV may collect and use their personal information in compliance with its Privacy Policy and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the DIRECTV Privacy Policy.
There is a limit of one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes per entrant, irrespective of the method of entry. If it is suspected that an entrant submits more than one (1) entry, only one (1) entry will be considered. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning entry, the “authorized account subscriber” of the phone number used to participate in the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry, will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned a phone number by a phone service provider, wireless service carrier or other organization that is responsible for assigning phone numbers. In the event an entry contains more than one name, it will be determined to be made by the natural person whose name appears first. Proof to Sponsor’s satisfaction of being the authorized account subscriber may be requested by Sponsor.
The Sponsor’s time clock will be the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions made by Sponsor relating to the Sweepstakes are final.
4. Winner Selection: On or around September 1, 2025, five (5) prize winners (“Prize Winners”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All random drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Administrator, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) prize per person.
5. Prize: Five (5) Prize Winners will receive:
- A bill credit for twelve consecutive months of the DIRECTV ENTERTAINMENT streamingpackage with device ($84.99/mo. value for the ENTERTAINMENT Package);
- a bill credit for the lease fee for one (1) Gemini or Gemini Air device so long as they remain on ENTERTAINMENT Package or higher with device ($10/mo. for the device) and do not cancel or otherwise disconnect their DIRECTV service;
- and a bill credit for twelve (12) consecutive months of the following:
- Sports Pack ($14.99/mo. value)
- Netflix Standard with Ads ($7.99/mo. value) Account activation req’d. Must agree to Netflix Terms of Use (https://help.netflix.com/legal/termsofuse) and Privacy Statement (https://help.netflix.com/legal/privacy).
- Apple TV+ ($9.99/mo. value). Account activation req’d. Must agree to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/) and Apple Privacy Policy (www.apple.com/legal/privacy/en-ww/). Stream via the Apple TV app or tv.apple.com. Existing Apple TV+ customers subscribing to Apple TV+ through DIRECTV must activate the new service to migrate billing to DIRECTV.
- HBO Max ($16.99/mo. value) Access on the HBO Max app or HBO channels. Must agree to HBO’s T&C found at hbomax.com/terms-of-use.

(Terms and Conditions apply to DIRECTV service) (“Prize”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize is $1,991. AFTER 12 consecutive months, all services will automatically cancel unless you contact specialaccountscorporate@mydirectv.com to discuss keeping your service.
The total ARV awarded during the Sweepstakes Period is $9,955.
The ARVs are subject to change based on current market conditions at time of Prize fulfillment. Any difference between the ARV of the Prize or any part thereof and the actual values, if any, will not be awarded. Prize Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use that are not specified herein as being awarded.
Terms and Conditions: DIRECTV service will not transfer to another provider in the event of DIRECTV dissolution or similar. The services included in the Prize are subject to change. If DIRECTV is unable to provide a specific service included in the Prize, then the winner is not entitled to any additional prize or cash value. DIRECTV may, in its sole discretion, offer a different service as a substitute for any discontinued one.
The following are NOT included: Advanced Receiver, lease, or TV access fees beyond what is stated above.
Eligible upgrades are subject to change at sole discretion of DIRECTV. TV On Demand, Pay-Per-View, fees associated with moving service, and any other add-on fees not specified are excluded from Prize. Prize will be fulfilled by bill credits applied to Prize Winners’ account.
If the winner is a current DIRECTV customer: the dates for fulfillment of the Prize will be on or around one (1) to two (2) billing cycles following Prize Winner confirmation, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If Prize Winner cancels their service during this time, they must restart it to receive the Prize.
Prize Winner will need to maintain a credit card on file for anything not covered by the Prize that Prize Winner may want to add. Prize Winner is responsible for executing any documents necessary to establish and maintain DIRECTV Service (including but not limited to DIRECTV’s Privacy Policy, Residential Terms of Service, and an Equipment Lease Agreement).
If an entrant is selected as a Prize Winner and does not have DIRECTV Streaming App + Device service, then that entrant will be required to establish service in order to receive the Prize. Prize Winners are responsible for contacting DIRECTV for assistance with connecting an account. Costs associated with moves, hardware upgrades, service calls, and property damage fall under customer’s existing service agreement with DIRECTV.
The Prize Winner additionally will be responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes relating to the receipt and/or use of the Prizes and any component(s) thereof. Prize dates are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
If a Prize Winner is not available or able to accept Prize, or if prize notice is returned as undeliverable, Prize Winner privileges will be terminated and no compensation will be provided, and an alternate Prize Winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries received if time permits.
The Prize Winners additionally will be responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes relating to the receipt and/or use of the Prize and any component(s) thereof.
6. Publicity Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Prize Winner grants to Sponsor, and its representatives, affiliates, licensees and assigns, the right and permission to record, film, videotape and photograph the Prize Winner in connection with the Sweepstakes (“Images”). These Images will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor and each of their designees shall have the right to use, re-use, reproduce, publish, display, exhibit, distribute, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Images, and all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses, address, voice, conversation, biographical and Prize information and any other attributes of Prize Winner, individually or with others, in whole or in part, in conjunction with other material, if any, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for the purpose of trade, advertising, publicity, promotion, or a Sweepstakes winner list or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, throughout the world, without additional compensation, consideration, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
7. Prize Winners Notification: The potential Prize Winners will be notified on or around September 1, 2025, via the email address and/or phone number provided at time of entry. The potential Prize Winners will have five (5) business days from the time of phone or email notification to respond and confirm their email address. If a notified potential Prize Winner is not eligible, forfeits the Prize, declines the Prize, or fails to provide the requested information within the allotted time, the potential Prize Winner will automatically forfeit the Prize in its entirety and an alternate potential Prize Winner may be randomly selected, time and circumstances permitting. Only up to three (3) alternate potential Prize Winners may be notified, time permitting, after which the applicable Prize will remain un-awarded. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Prize Winners for any reason Sponsor deems necessary.
8. Prize Winners Verification: To be eligible to be declared the Prize Winner and to receive the Prize, the potential Prize Winners must complete, sign, and return to Sponsor and/or Administrator and in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions, the presented documents of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release (except where prohibited by law), and appropriate tax documents (the “Documents”) within five (5) business days of issuance of the Documents that: (a) releases Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability, loss, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injuries or death and/or damage to personal or real property, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered directly or indirectly from potential Prize Winner’s participation in Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in any Prize-related activity, or the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any Prize; and (b) except where prohibited by law, grants Sweepstakes Entities the right to use potential Prize Winner’s name, picture and/or likeness, or biographical information or voice for trade, advertising and publicity purposes, in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration or notification. Entry into Sweepstakes constitutes agreement to sign such release. If potential Prize Winners do not sign this release and return it within the time frame specified, the potential Prize Winners may be disqualified and the Prize forfeited. When such documentation is properly executed and providing potential Prize Winners are otherwise in compliance with the Official Rules, potential Prize Winner will be determined to be the Prize Winners.
Potential Prize Winners may also be required to complete any additional legal documents provided by Administrator or Sponsor with respect to the Prize and return them as instructed within the time frame specified or a potential Prize Winner may forfeit the Prize at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If potential Prize Winners are unable to participate in or accept the Prize or any portion of the Prize for any reason, Sponsor will have no further obligation to the potential Prize Winners. Prize or Documents returned as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of Prize. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Prize Winner for any reason Sponsor deems necessary. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate Prize Winner in the event that any potential Prize Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules or fails to execute the Documents within the time frame specified.
By participating in Sweepstakes, the Prize Winner acknowledges that Sweepstakes Entities have not and will not obtain or provide insurance of any kind relating to the Prize and that Prize Winner will be responsible for obtaining and paying for any form of insurance relating to the Prize that the Prize Winners deem appropriate.
9. Prize Delivery: The Prize Winner will receive the Prize on or around one (1) to two (2) billing cycles following Prize Winner confirmation, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If notified potential Prize Winners are not eligible, forfeits the Prize, declines the Prize, or if Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Prize Winners will automatically forfeit the Prize in its entirety and an alternate Prize Winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries received, time and circumstances permitting. Alternate Prize Winners will be subject to the same delivery process. Only up to three (3) alternate Prize Winners may be notified, time permitting, after which the applicable Prize will remain un-awarded. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Prize Winners for any reason Sponsor deems necessary.
10. Prize Terms: IF FOR ANY REASON ANY PRIZE IS UNAVAILABLE OR CANNOT BE AWARDED BY SPONSOR, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE SWEEPSTAKES IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND AWARD A SUBSTITUTE PRIZE, OR PORTION OF PRIZE, OF COMPARABLE OR GREATER VALUE AS SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of the Prize, or any portion thereof, is permitted by the Prize Winners. Sweepstakes Entities shall have no responsibility or obligation to the Prize Winners who are unable or unavailable to, or who does not for any reason, accept or utilize the Prize. All costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of the Prize, including, without limitation, any activation or service fees are solely Prize Winner’s responsibility. The Prize pictured in online, television, print advertising, and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be made by Administrator and/or Sponsor.
11. Taxes: Prize Winners must supply Sponsor/Administrator with a complete and valid IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving their Prize, if the value of the Prize is $600 or greater. The value of the Prize is taxable to Prize Winners as income. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Prize Winners for the actual value of the Prize awarded if the aggregate value of Prize awarded to and other compensation received by Prize Winners from Sponsor is $600 or greater for the calendar year. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the Prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the Prize Winner’s responsibility.
12. General Terms: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place, or if any Prize cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays, interruptions or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, actual or threatened public health crises (including without limitation an epidemic or pandemic), strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government, or other events outside of the reasonable control of Sweepstakes Entities. If, for any reason Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sweepstakes Entities, which, in Sponsor’s sole determination, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend Sweepstakes or any part of the Sweepstakes. If Sweepstakes or any part of the Sweepstakes is terminated or modified prior to the closing date of the Sweepstakes, notice will be posted on https://perks.directv.com and https://directv.com if time permits, and the Prize may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be awarded to a Prize Winner to be selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining uncorrupted, applicable eligible entries received prior to any such event, or in any manner that is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify and amend these Official Rules from time to time during Sweepstakes for clarification purposes. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for and will disqualify entries that are: stolen, late, lost, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, altered, tampered with, unauthorized, fraudulent, damaged, destroyed, delayed, misdirected, not received, postage due mail entries, or that have incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any human, mechanical or electronic error that may occur in the processing of the entries in Sweepstakes, or other errors appearing within the Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes related advertisements. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of Sweepstakes, errors in processing entries, identifying the Prize Winners, in the announcement of the Prizes and Prize Winners, and the delivery of the Prizes, any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, mobile phone, computer systems, online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any web site, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer system/software or mobile phone or other portable electronic device related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in Sweepstakes. Use of any device to automate or subvert entry is prohibited and any entries received by such means will be void. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated entries are permitted and any entries received by such means will be void. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person they suspect or find: (i) to have used a software generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated entry; (ii) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of Sweepstakes; (iii) to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; (iv) to display behavior that will bring such Prize Winner or Sweepstakes Entities into disgrace; (v) to have provided inaccurate information on any legal documents submitted in connection with Sweepstakes; or (vi) to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY PRIZE WINNERS WILL RESULT IN SUCH PRIZE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS PRIZE WINNERS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS PRIZE WINNERS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
AS A CONDITION OF ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT (INCLUDING PRIZE WINNERS) AGREES: (I) TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OF ANY AND ALL ISSUES, (II) THAT ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY — WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION — BY BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER THE AAA CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES, INCLUDING (WHERE APPLICABLE) THE AAA MASS ARBITRATION SUPPLEMENTARY RULES; (III) TO WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES; AND (IV) THAT ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, BUT IN NO EVENT SHALL SUCH CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS OR AWARDS INCLUDE ATTORNEYS’ FEES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA.
ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Request for Names of Prize Winners: All requests for the names (first name) of any major Prize Winners (prizes valued $25 or greater) must be made by October 30, 2025. For the names of any major Prize Winners send an e-mail to: directv@snippmedia.com with Winners List WIN DIRECTV FOR LIFE as the subject line.
