The Golden State Valkyries (32-12) open their first-round series at Chase Center against the Dallas Wings (27-17) with the stingiest defense in the WNBA at 75.1 points allowed per game. Dallas brings the more potent offense at 89.4 points per game to 82.2 for Golden State, along with a 46.8% mark from the field. Paige Bueckers leads the Wings with 20.9 points and 5.9 assists per game on 51.2% shooting, and Jessica Shepard backs her up with 14.5 points and a team-high 11.1 rebounds.
