Nicole Curtis turns her attention to a rundown cottage in Lake Orion, Mich.; starting in the living room, she rips out a staircase leading into the kitchen before making her way outside to create a new boardwalk entry, picket fence and back deck.

Nicole returns to her first big Detroit flip, the Campbell house, where a pipe burst and ruined the upstairs and downstairs kitchens; she decides to restore both spaces a second time using any pieces she can salvage.
