Danny Booko & Nia Sanchez Booko (Returning)

Relationship status: Married
Kids: 4 children (“four under four”)

After ending Season 2 defending their so-called “perfect” life, Danny and Nia are back on The Valley with even more on their plate — namely, four kids under four and a move to Santa Clarita. But as the pressure builds, so do the cracks, and this season may finally test just how flawless their fairytale really is.

Luke Broderick & Kristen Doute (Returning)

Relationship status: Engaged
Kids: 1 daughter (Kaia)

Fan-favorite couple Kristen and Luke return to The Valley as new parents, adjusting to life with their daughter, Kaia — and it’s not exactly the glamorous chapter they imagined. Between sleepless nights, strained romance and Kristen’s unwavering loyalty to Danny and Nia (which confuses literally everyone else), their engagement could be in for a serious reality check.

Jason Caperna & Janet Caperna (Returning)

Relationship status: Married
Kids: 1 son (Cameron)

After a Season 2 filled with feuds and fallout, Janet and Jason are attempting a soft reset on The Valley — emphasis on attempting. With friendships still on shaky ground, a fertility journey underway and Jason sidelined by an injury, Janet may find herself managing everything… and everyone, by herself.

Brittany Cartwright (Returning)

Relationship status: Separated (divorce pending); dating (Brandon)
Kids: 1 son (Cruz)

Brittany is entering into her single-mom era on The Valley Season 3, and she’s determined to glow up while doing it. But with a new (and slightly questionable) romance, lingering divorce drama and a tendency to get pulled into everyone else’s mess, peace might not be on the menu just yet.

Jasmine Goode (Returning)

Now fully settled in the Valley, Jasmine and her fiancée Melissa are deep in wedding planning mode — but with this group, nothing is ever simple. As they build their life together, Jasmine has to navigate shifting friendships, tricky guest lists and growing tension with Zack. Whether they realize it or not, their big day might come with even bigger drama.

Jesse Lally (Returning)

Relationship status: Dating (divorced from Michelle Saniei)
Kids: 1 daughter (Isabella)

Jesse is head over heels for girlfriend Lacy as he returns to The Valley, but blending her into an already chaotic friend group proves easier said than done. With co-parenting tensions and unresolved history with Michelle still lingering, he once again finds himself stuck in the middle — leaving the fate of his relationship very much up in the air.

Michelle Saniei (Returning)

Relationship status: Single (divorced from Jesse Lally)
Kids: 1 daughter (Isabella)

After hosting the least Zen “Zen party” of all time, Michelle heads into The Valley Season 3 determined to focus on herself… or at least try. But between navigating grief, her divorce and constant run-ins with Jesse and his new girlfriend, her fresh start won’t come easy — though new friendships with Lala and Tom Schwartz might help her find her footing.

Zack Wickham (Returning)

Relationship status: Dating

Zack ended Season 2 in his feelings, and heading into The Valley Season 3, not much has gotten simpler. While things with Benji are getting more serious, major conversations about commitment — and kids — could force Zack to decide what he really wants.

Lala Kent (NEW to ‘The Valley’)

Lala Kent joins The Valley cast full-time for Season 3, and she’s not exactly known for keeping things quiet. As she focuses on motherhood, sobriety and her mental health, she quickly finds her place in the group alongside Michelle and Tom — and isn’t afraid to stir things up or say what everyone else is thinking.

Tom Schwartz (NEW to ‘The Valley’)

Relationship status: Single (divorced from Katie Maloney)

Tom Schwartz is officially part of The Valley Season 3 cast, and he’s ready for a reset… in theory. In practice, his search for love — especially within the friend group — raises plenty of eyebrows, proving that even in a new zip code, old patterns die hard.

Who Isn’t Returning to ‘The Valley’ Cast for Season 3?

The Valley and Vanderpump Rules alum — and Brittany Cartwright’s ex — Jax Taylor will not be returning for Season 3. The decision comes as he focuses on his mental health, sobriety and co-parenting.

Other Vanderpump Rules alums who previously appeared as guests, including Scheana Shay, are also not expected to return this season.
