Following a personal loss, George decides to stop mourning and take action instead; if his colleagues at the Lazarus Project won't help him, George will need to find support elsewhere -- even if that means appealing to Lazarus' sworn enemies.

George is left distraught after a freak accident hurts someone close to him, but he soon discovers the perils of turning back time at will.

When George keeps reliving the same few weeks over and over, he is offered an opportunity that will change his life forever.
