Four smiths must sift through a pile of junk in order to make a signature damascus blade; after a couple of rounds, two smiths head back to their home forge to recreate a Broadsword featuring a snake-shaped grind.

Junkyard Meltdown

Four smiths put their design skills to the test when they are tasked with pimping out a machete; then, the two smiths with the most blinged out blades head back to their home forges to build history's original pimped out weapon.

Pimp My Knife

Four smiths must combine two of the most difficult techniques in the forge to make a blade: Damascus and Go Mai; then, after an intense round of testing, two competitors head home to build an intricate 16th century Sidesword.

The competition heats up when four competitors must use a metal never before seen in Forged in Fire history: copper; known for its tight forging window, the smiths must pay attention to their heat or risk melting their blades.

Four blade smiths turn snowflake canister Damascus into a deadly Yakut knife in freezing temperatures; after brutal testing, two competitors head home to tackle another Siberian staple.

After facing off against a fellow champ, only one smith will remain and be tasked with making a M1917 Naval Cutlass, against either Gladiator of the Forge Jesse Hu, Superchamp Collin Sage, or Undefeated Judge Ben Abbott.
