Players to Watch: Minnesota Wild vs. Dallas Stars

Minnesota Wild

Kirill Kaprizov — Left Wing. 45 goals, 89 points in the regular season; 6 points in the series. Kaprizov is Minnesota’s most dangerous offensive weapon and has been productive throughout this series, though his output has dipped in games when linemate Mats Zuccarello has been unavailable. His ability to drive play in all three zones makes him the key to a Wild road win.

Matt Boldy — Left Wing. Scored the overtime winner at 0:29 of overtime in Game 4 to even the series. Boldy has emerged as a clutch performer in this series and will be one of the primary threats Dallas must account for at even strength.

Dallas Stars

Jason Robertson — Left Wing. 45 goals, 51 assists in the regular season; 5 points and 16 shots on net in the series, scoring in each of his three playoff games. Robertson has been Dallas’s most consistent offensive force in this series and delivered a goal and two power-play assists in the Stars’ double-overtime Game 3 win.

Matt Duchene — Center. 7 points through four games in the series. Duchene has been on a three-game point streak and provides Dallas with a reliable scoring threat down the middle, particularly with Roope Hintz and Tyler Seguin both unavailable.
