The Substitute

A grade school class gets a new substitute, Ulla Harms (Paprika Steen), and they quickly find out that there is something very odd about her. She treats the children with contempt and seems to be able to read their thoughts. Carl (Jonas Wandschneider), who is grieving over the loss of his mother, feels she may be dangerous. However, he and his classmates are powerless to convince their parents. The situation comes to a head when Ms. Harms takes the terrified children on a field trip.
