When Dolmar's contractor friend Jay offers him the chance to partner on a deal that "can't fail", Dolmar doesn't hesitate to agree to cover all the renovation costs.

Dolmar finds a Zombie house with an interior that looks more like a rotten avocado than a home; with black growth, weak framing and a garage conversion that would give an architect heartburn, the Zombie team faces a tough challenge.

Dolmar and the team are excited by a lead on a home in the desirable, family-friendly South Tampa neighborhood; this growth-infested, four-bedroom, roofless house suits the team's interests.

Dolmar and Keisha get a great deal on a property in an upscale, coastal area of Tampa; but in this case, location isn't everything; they soon discover, this zombie is literally falling apart at the seams.

Dolmar and the crew take on their biggest challenge yet: a waterfront property ominously dubbed the Nightmare on Elmwood; the house seems destined to sink, literally and figuratively; Dolmar fears they might be in over their heads.
