The day started on a multi-generational family cattle ranch. A 40-set skunk line awaited. Young ranchers Preston and Barrett accompanied Mark on their family's land where he's harvested 100's of coyotes in the past.

For 23 years John has worked as a government trapper, wildlife biologist and district supervisor in the Federal Wildlife Services Program. Many of those years involved trapping year-round to resolve coyote and beaver damage to livestock and property.
