The next stop on the tour is Japan; the band has a wild night at a local S&M club; in Singapore the band put there life and sanity on the line trying a mysterious drug known as "The Green Dragon."

A riot breaks out in Peru when the fans realize there won't be a show because the promoter didn't get the permits; Fat Mike puts on an impromptu show when hundreds of fans show up at the bands hotel.

The band decides to do a true punk rock world tour after all hell breaks loose at a show in Mexico City; the tour's first show is a total disaster; the band faces a series of mishaps including death threats in Colombia and riots in Peru.
