1.What do I get with my DIRECTV BlizzCon Pay Per View Purchase?

With your Pay Per View purchase, you’ll get access to both days of the DIRECTV BlizzCon PPV event, live on November 6 and 7. You’ll also have access the Virtual Ticket Internet stream at www.blizzcon.com. The Virtual Ticket Internet stream will include the two days of live DIRECTV coverage as well as coverage of the developer panels taking place on the Panel stage. (Coverage of the eSports tournaments taking place at BlizzCon will also be streamed live at www.blizzcon.com for free.)
In addition to the above, you will also receive the following in-game goodies for Blizzard Entertainment games:

Heroes of the Storm™ – Nexus Battle Beast Mount

A unique Battle.net® promotional code granting access to the above bonuses, along with instructions on how to redeem the code, will be emailed to you within 72 hours of purchase. 2.Do I need an e-mail address to receive my BlizzCon code?

All orders will be directed to and completed via DIRECTV.com:
The Battle.net promotional code to unlock your BlizzCon in-game goodies will be sent to the e-mail address on file with your DIRECTV.com account. If you do not have an e-mail address associated with a DIRECTV.com account (or do not have an account), you’ll need toclick here to add/create one before ordering. Once ordered with a verified email address on file with DIRECCTV you should receive your Battle.net promotional code and instructions within 72 hours. NOTE: If you intend to watch the Virtual Ticket Internet stream along with the live DIRECTV coverage, plan to order the event 3 days prior to the start of the event. You must allow 72 hours for delivery of your Battle.net promotional code.

3.When will I receive my in-game goodies?

A Battle.net promotional code that unlocks the BlizzCon 2015 in-game goodies and access to the Virtual Ticket Internet stream will arrive within 72 hours of purchase. You can redeem the code at any time, but please note that the associated goodies will not be available in-game until closer to the show—visit www.blizzcon.com for more information.

To unlock your in-game goodies, go to the URL provided in the Battle.net promotional code e-mail, log in to your Battle.net account, and enter the code in the Enter Code field. Once the code is accepted, that Battle.net account will be flagged to receive the BlizzCon 2015 in-game goodies (once they become available), and you will have access to the Virtual Ticket Internet stream, viewable at www.blizzcon.com.

4.How do I get access to Virtual Ticket Internet coverage of BlizzCon?

Once you receive your Battle.net promotional code, follow the instructions in the promotional code email. As a paid DIRECTV BlizzCon Pay Per View subscriber, activating your Battle.net promotional code will unlock your access to the Virtual Ticket Internet stream on November 6 and 7. 5.Why haven’t I received my BlizzCon code yet?

If you have an e-mail address on file with DIRECTV.com and ordered via DIRECTV.com, you should receive your BlizzCon code within 72 hours of purchase. If you do not, it is possible your confirmation e-mail may have been intercepted by spam filters. Please check your spam folder for this message. If you are unable to locate it, or there is an issue with your email address, please click on the following link https://support.directv.com/app/ask for support. You will need to enter “BLIZZCON” in the subject line. Additionally you can contact 1-800-531-5000:
