- Violet McGraw as Cady James, Gemma’s niece who is given M3GAN after the death of her parents. Cady’s attachment to M3GAN and M3GAN’s violent obsession over Cady spark the conflict of the first film. In the sequel, Cady is now a rebellious 14 year old.
