Chef JJ shows us some rice dishes that are great for the main meal and for dessert. On the menu is seafood paella with clams, mussels, shrimp and lobster. Then it's sticky rice topped with coconut cream & mango sauce.

Chef JJ cooks a special meal for 2 ladies who help keep his restaurant empire up and running. For Adriana Johnson and Lisa Cash, he lays out a mint julep, followed by a smoked turkey leg ragout over pappardelle pasta.

It's all about Tapas and Cocktails, on the menu is a mixed berry white sangria served with spicy shrimp in a garlic sauce. Then it's chorizo stuffed dates wrapped in bacon served with a lavender infused gin and tonic.

Chef JJ makes 2 delicious curry meals. First he cooks up muscles and octopus in a coconut curry broth served with toasted French bread and then he makes a creamy and delicious shrimp korma served over rice.

It's a new spin on surf & turf and Chef JJ is bringing it! He makes chopped chorizo and potato hash with pan seared brown butter scallops. Then it's oxtail and lobster nachos topped with cheese and jalapenos.

If you love a taste of the south then this episode is for you. JJ is joined by wine entrepreneur Ingrid Best. On the menu is catfish & creamy grits, then it's a sweet and delicious it a peach crisp!

Stylist/designer Ashlee Muhammad stops by and Chef JJ makes her a kicked up turkey dinner, first it's a mixed berry rosemary rum smash, then it's braised turkey wings smothered in gravy and cabbage on the side.
