Chef JJ is giving his recipes a little kick with some spices that are good for any dish. On the menu is a rigatoni with spicy sausage and spicy apricot ginger wings that are perfect for any occasion.

Radio Host, & coffee connoisseur Angela Yee stops by for cocktails and conversations. JJ makes an expresso martini, along with pan seared chicken with pollo guisado ragout and serves it with a mixed green salad topped with sherry dressing.

Chef JJ's family favorites are front in center in this episode. He starts out with a fried catfish sandwich that's golden brown and delicious served with another favorite, fried plantains.
