Aaron Rodgers — QB. Rodgers opened his season completing 24 of 40 passes for 221 yards and a touchdown, numbers that translate to an 83.4 passer rating. He did it efficiently, connecting on 60.0% of his throws with a 28-yard completion as his longest play of the day. That kind of accuracy puts pressure on a Patriots team still searching for its first win of the season.
Michael Pittman Jr. — WR. Pittman made the most of a light workload in Week 1, turning three catches into 58 yards for a 19.3-yard average per reception. His longest grab went for 28 yards, a sign the Steelers are willing to test opposing secondaries down the field. That per-catch production outpaces every other wide receiver in this matchup.
T.J. Watt — LB. Watt already has two sacks and three tackles for loss through the Steelers’ opener, numbers that show him playing at his usual disruptive level. He also chipped in four total tackles, evidence he can hold up against the run and not just rush the passer. New England’s offensive line will have to account for him on early downs as well as third and long.

Cutting down on turnovers will matter against a Steelers defense that already forced two takeaways in its own opener.
Rhamondre Stevenson — RB. Stevenson carried the ball 18 times for 51 yards in Week 1, a modest 2.8 yards per carry that Patriots fans will hope trends upward. He also caught five of six targets out of the backfield, giving New England’s offense a reliable check-down option. His 18 carries were the highest touch total for any running back in this matchup.
Dre’Mont Jones — DE. Jones logged a sack and a tackle for loss in the Patriots’ season opener, evidence he can still collapse the pocket from the interior. He added two total tackles on the day for a defense that will need more of that disruption against Rodgers and the Steelers’ offensive line this week.
