With the first floor complete, the teams head downstairs to tackle the biggest space ever seen on Rock the Block: the Lower Level, 1500 square feet of blank canvas to create some of the most outrageous spaces ever seen. Four teams of HGTV stars design breathtaking kitchens as the ultimate renovation competition begins; after a hot-air balloon ride over the mountains offers inspiration, "Fixer to Fabulous'" Dave and Jenny Marrs judge the jaw-dropping finished spaces.
