S1 E4 | There's Always a Catch

Tommy Harr discovers a rare opportunity in Columbus's upscale Grandview Heights and calls on his inspector dad and brother to give it a closer look before he makes a move; what looks promising quickly raises red flags: mold, outdated wiring, failing plumbing and a dangerously unstable addition; despite the risks, Tommy gambles on the upside and buys the house; but once demolition begins, even bigger structural failures are uncovered, forcing a full rebuild and blowing the budget.
