Tommy Harr thinks he's found an easy flip in Columbus's desirable Clintonville neighborhood. The bank claims the dated foreclosure only needs cosmetic updates, but when Tommy's dad, Chris, and brother Jake inspect the creepy "time capsule," hidden problems emerge - mold, failing mechanicals, and foundation cracks. The place is a steal, and Tommy's mom, Katie, proposes a risky and expensive redesign that will boost the ARV: deleting a main-floor bedroom to create two luxury primary ensuites.

Inside, the house is a disaster, buried in filth and neglect; with just 30 days to pull it off, the Harrs jump into a high-speed renovation; as delays, contractor issues and design curveballs threaten the timeline, pressure builds, especially from Katie, who needs this house market-ready fast; now, with the clock ticking, the family races to clean, transform and sell.

When Tommy Harr spots a boarded-up hoarder house in Columbus' sought-after Merion Village, even his own family thinks he's gone too far; with an immense amount of personal property, century-old wiring, a barricaded room and a basement jammed to the rafters with junk, the risk is real. Despite his father's warning, Tommy buys the house; what follows is a massive clean-out, a total layout overhaul and a bold design gamble led by Tommy's mom, Katie.

Tommy Harr bets big on a rundown rural property no other flipper would touch and calls in his family to help pull off the impossible; but once demolition begins, the surprises stack up: major structural damage, infestations, and a back addition with no foundation; what starts as a risky flip quickly turns into a full-scale rebuild; in a bold move to boost value, Tommy gambles on adding a 400-square-foot addition; the move puts even more pressure on his mom, Katie, to design and sell the home.

There's Always a Catch

Tommy Harr's brother Jake finds a wreck of a house on the outskirts of Columbus and brings Tommy in to partner on the deal; but on the first walkthrough, they discover major warning signs; the house is a disjointed mess, with a failed garage conversion, a broken layout, and a well system that might need to be replaced; they'll have to overcome an infestation of dangerous insects, and worst of all, a mind-boggling mess of mold and waste that rots in the basement.

Tommy Harr takes on a high-risk, high-reward project, picking up a cramped 1970s ranch with a crumbling foundation; the purchase price is low but turning around the dated and dangerous house will take a huge investment and help from the entire family; the margins are tight on this flip, and tensions rise as Tommy and his mom Katie, designer and real estate agent, clash over the budget for high-end finishes, putting project manager in training Will in the middle of Katie's dream design.

Smells Like Money

After a Fourth of July fireworks show gone wrong, a family home was written off, but investor Tommy Harr is betting that, beneath the charred remains, the bones of this house are still salvageable; with his youngest brother, project manager in training Will, taking the reins on his biggest project yet, and his mom, Katie, taking it to the next level with an extra bold design plan, the Harrs are putting it all on the line to bring this fire-damaged, mold-infested teardown back to life.
