Tommy Harr thinks he's found an easy flip in Columbus's desirable Clintonville neighborhood; the bank claims the dated foreclosure only needs cosmetic updates, but when Tommy's dad, Chris, and brother Jake inspect the creepy "time capsule," hidden problems emerge - mold, failing mechanicals, and foundation cracks; the place is a steal, and Tommy's mom, Katie, proposes a risky and expensive redesign that will boost the ARV: deleting a main-floor bedroom to create two luxury primary ensuites.
