S2 E1 | Overbudget and Underwhelmed

The master of flipping, James Dainard, and longtime rival Jared decide to bury the hatchet and partner on a 100-year-old zombie house trashed by squatters. The property has huge potential, but it's in rough shape and needs a full overhaul-including restoring its original character and finishing the entire basement to push the value well past a million dollars. James has a strict plan to keep the numbers on track, but Jared is notorious for blowing budgets on high-end finishes.
