James Dainard is faced with a big dilemma, do flipping and friendship go together?; his longtime friend Carrie, friend to his wife Clair, has fallen on some tough times and wants James' help; recently divorced and eager for financial freedom, Carrie convinces James she can handle the project even though she is a complete novice; together, they tackle a mid-century modern disaster with an unfinished basement, small kitchen, and a single main-floor bathroom.
