The girls' trip continues with a sunset cruise; Quad shares the results of her IVF journey; Toya and Dr. Jackie plan the third annual Med Gala, but Toya is met with resistance from the ladies, which puts the whole event at risk.

Dr. Heavenly's surprise arrival puts Dr. Simone on edge; with Dr. Simone out of town, Cecil and their sons have a serious talk; Dr. Jackie tries to encourage reconciliation between Dr. Heavenly and Dr. Simone, but is this friendship DOA?

The ladies travel to Miramar, Fla., with the hope to repair friendships, but the conflict between Dr. Heavenly and Dr. Simone appears to be irreparable; Angel struggles to share a room with Brandi and calls out Toya for breaking girl code.
