Chef JJ puts his twist on some of his childhood favorites that his mom use to make. He makes a juicy Bread Crumb Coated Baked Pork Chops with Momma's Garlic Bread and hisl twist on an Iceberg Wedge with Thousand Island Dressing.

In this episode, Chef JJ takes meat off the menu and cooks up a vegan meal that has lots of greens, grains, and veggies. He makes a Raw Vegetable Salad with a Tahini Dressing, then it's onto a delicious Eggplant and White Sweet Potato Stew.
