Mary has been hoarding for over 30 years; as she faces two impending knee surgeries, her home is no longer safe; with the help of the "Hoarders" team, Mary must clean up her property or face a dangerous recovery in an unsafe environment.

Bruce is very thoughtful and always keeps things with the idea that he'll give it to someone he knows because they could use that item; good intentions lead Bruce to collect a massive amount of tools and clutter over the years.

Regular visits to local estate sales, yard sales and thrift stores distract Terri from her problems, as she cannot resist a good deal on glass decor or anything she considers antique; these objects completely fill Terri's 1,300-square-foot home.

Montie and Sherry find themselves in a dire situation as their daughter, Audora, contemplates involving adult protection services due to their living conditions; Montie and Sherry attempt to clean up the property with the help of the "Hoarders" team.

Hoarding cars and car parts is Tim's way to cope; Tim intends to fix and sell the stuff, but he never does; his wife, DeeDee, refuses to return home to the mess, and they face the possibility of divorce if he doesn't clean up his hoard.

Both Ruth and Sybil have fallen back into some hoarding behaviors, and their families are once again stepping in to help them declutter their lives.
