Gary ends his tour of Australia in northern Queensland, and is joined by his daughter Emily and her boyfriend, Marshall; the trio go foraging for traditional bush foods in the mangroves off Port Douglas, before cooking their finds over a campfire; they head up into the Daintree Rainforest to explore the landscape through river drifting; after a cocktail or two and a night in a hotel up in the rainforest canopy, followed by a breakfast, Gary and team take one of the most dramatic train rides.

Queensland

Gary is joined by fellow boy band superstar Ronan Keating as they explore Australia's red centre; starting in Alice Springs, Gary and Ronan visit a local brewery to help out behind the scenes, before learning to cook an Australian bush staple over a fire and getting a lesson in astronomy at a nearby stargazing camp; a dramatic helicopter ride to one of Australia's most celebrated and sacred sites, Uluru; the boys get a lesson in the Didgeridoo from a local master, before enjoying some fine wine.

The Northern Territory

Gary goes horse-riding in the glorious wine region of Margaret River outside Perth, before visiting nearby Cullen Wines to sample food and drink produced in tune with the astrological principles of biodynamics.

Western Australia

Gary is in South Australia meeting his old friend Andi Peters, starting their journey at the Yalumba Winery in the Barossa Valley, where they try their hands at barrel making before an exclusive tasting with the winemaker; the boys are off to Kangaroo Island, where they get up close and personal with the island's rare bees and eat lunch in a one-of-a-kind hidden restaurant before Gary braves the cool waters of the Southern Ocean for a swim; the boys are back on the mainland in the McLaren Vale.
