Gary is joined by fellow boyband superstar Ronan Keating as they explore Australia's red centre; starting in Alice Springs, Gary and Ronan visit a local brewery to help out behind the scenes, before learning to cook an Australian bush staple over a fire and getting a lesson in astronomy at a nearby stargazing camp; a dramatic helicopter ride to one of Australia's most celebrated and sacred sites, Uluru; the boys get a lesson in the Didgeridoo from a local master, before enjoying some fine wine.
