Wild Country

Bandit Rip Caxton (I. Stanford Jolley) escapes from prison, and U.S. Marshal Eddie Dean (Eddie Dean) and sidekick Soapy Jones (Roscoe Ates) track him to a small town. There, Caxton kills a sheriff, and, with the help of crooked local saloon boss Clark Varney (Douglas Fowley), installs a conspirator in the dead lawman's place. Meanwhile, Eddie comes across Martha Devery (Peggy Wynn), the distressed daughter of the former sheriff, and promises her he will bring the villains to justice.
