Double Wedding

The industrious Margit Agnew (Myrna Loy) fixes her sister Irene (Florence Rice) up with the sensible but meek Waldo Beaver (John Beal), and the couple soon decides to wed, despite Irene's reservations about her boring fiancé. Things take a sharp turn when Irene makes the acquaintance of eccentric artist Charles Lodge (William Powell), who encourages the young woman to drop Waldo and pursue her dreams. Before long, an irate Margit confronts Charles, but their encounter takes an unexpected turn.
