Pace and Jamil go overboard on demolition and leave Rahima's construction team to clean up the mess; after the renovation gets underway, rising inflation costs and supply chain issues wreak havoc on their budget.

Plain Box vs. Plain Nasty

Jamil, Pace and Rahima have two houses to choose from; one with massive bars nailed to the outside as decoration, or a hoarder house whose interior is a mystery; the team creates additional square footage out of thin air and bets big on a backsplash.

Jamil, Pace, and Rahima have to choose between a tiny house with almost no opportunity for ROI or a frankenhouse, which has a ton of space but a horrifying layout.

Frankenhouse vs. Hairball House

Jamil and Pace are back to flipping houses and have to choose between the lesser of two evils; one involves a complete plumbing and electrical overhaul and the other involves fixing the damage left by millions of termites.
