The comps are great, but the bombardment of pink along with dated finishes and 1.5-acre lot pose unique challenges for the team to make big changes while staying under budget to attract niche buyers who are looking for their forever home.

Rebecca, Kristy, and Roy have found their next potential flip: a lakefront property with a spicy past. Weather-beaten and dated, this former vacation home is definitely lackluster. The 180-foot dock and attached deck need repairs, and both the kitchen and primary bath are gut jobs. But the team makes smart choices to turn this lusty lakehouse into a luxurious family retreat.

Lusty Lakehouse

Rebecca and Kristy get a hot tip about a former rental property in the outskirts of Austin. Within city limits and close to the airport, the ranch-style home definitely has a country feel. The outside looks like a junkyard, while the inside feels like a dope crash pad where the former residents seem to have let their hippie flags fly. But the price tag is low, and the profit potential is high, making this joint a no-brainer to flip.

Hippie Haven

After backing out of a deal that was too good to be true, Rebecca, Kristy and Roy are out $10,000 and are desperate for a win to keep their crews working; they decide to roll the dice on a townhouse in a master planned community.

A Diff-occult Deal

Rebecca and Kristy take on a recently raided, abandoned house now up for sale at a very low price; a real hot mess, this eyesore is currently a raccoon den with a sagging roof and holes in the walls.

Critter Country

Kristy and Rebecca ride their bikes to check out a two-story, abandoned house in the woods; it's an unfinished renovation that's seen better days, but with a low price and great comps, they see the potential.

Abandonment Issues

Rebecca & Kristy drive to San Antonio to check out a foreclosure that an investor friend scored at auction & is now trying to wholesale to them. The house is a stale time capsule from the 1970s complete with dirty shag carpet, a big termite problem.

Funeral Vibes

Kristy and Rebecca score a lead on an unlisted property located in a sought-after neighborhood in Austin, Texas; excitement soon turns to panic when they discover that the entire house is a junkyard.
