Discovery Plus

This V-8-powered Subaru STI looks good on the surface, but needed a complete mechanical overhaul, with some extra little touches; given Subaru's pedigree, the guys get the build sorted and put it through its paces on the tarmac and the dirt.

Runs Good

Celebrating the LS V-8-Powered Subaru LSTI

Shea, Aaron and Dan take inspiration from the original owner's plan for a Miata with shoddy welds and complete the ultimate version of what he intended.

Rebuilding a Sand Runner Miata

Aaron thinks a stalled RX-7 drift project checks all the boxes; the car has the makings to be a powerhouse drift car, with a surprise under the hood that makes this candidate all the more enticing.

Thrashing on the Mazda RX-7

With an always-packed schedule, it turns out that Dan is no better than any other project car owner; he let his C5 Corvette fall to the wayside, but Shea and Aaron give him the final push to get his Corvette out of his side yard and into a car show.

C5 Corvette Reborn!

With Amir's help, Shea, Aaron and Dan rescue a rust-riddled 1989 Honda CRX from what would ultimately be the scrap pile.

Shea, Dan and guest Wiley Stevens get less than they bargained for when a mess of a project car turns up and doesn't look anything like its photos.

Completing the Ultimate Lexus Power Wagon

A shop owner's crew builds a SR20-powered Ford Ranger Urban Assault Vehicle, but when the turbo gives out, he knows it needed to go before it become more of a distraction; Aaron fixes the reliability issues; Dan and Shea go in on suspension.

Overhauling a Ford Ranger Urban Assault Vehicle

What was supposed to be an unfinished project feels more like a mechanic special; with problem after problem, it looks like this car was closer to ending up in a landfill than laying down 11s leaving the car meet.

Redemption for a Cobra Mustang R

Dan and Shea drive out to Clovis, New Mexico, to buy the holy grail of JDM imports, a Toyota AE86; nostalgia aside, Aaron is skeptical whether it was a good buy, or even roadworthy.

Rescuing the Toyota AE86

Two brothers set out to build matching Track Rat Porsches; one lost interest due to lack of funds and time; with a Porsche racing pedigree and a not-so-stock surprise under the hood, Shea thinks this 944 is the perfect project to rescue.
