What the shed?! In Topanga, California, wall-to-wall disappointment awaits Leslie and Jasmine as they contend with cramped spaces, poor design and an unfinished bathroom.

Roast My Rental

Suites or Sheds!?

Leslie's shocked as she checks into a so-called Villa in Palm Springs, California; broken water features and layers of dust are just the beginning of what Jasmine faces in order to turn this villa of bad decisions into a dream resort.

Luxury Letdown

Leslie and Jasmine tackle an in-tents rental rescue in Silver Lake, California. A soaking wet floor and an unorthodox bathroom layout push Leslie's patience to the edge, and it needs all of Jasmine's creativity to save this failing retirement plan.

Glamping Gone Wrong

In Los Angeles, Leslie finds herself in a garage studio that's more crash pad than Hollywood glamor; with fake bamboo and old, bulky furnishings, this rental needs a head-to-toe redesign from Jasmine to make it an elegant rental fit for a celebrity.

Star-Quality Studio

Leslie checks into an eco-lodge that's more stress than serenity in Highland Park, Calif.; with no dedicated space for yoga and neglected outdoor areas, Jasmine looks to transform this rental into the peaceful retreat it promised to be.

Eco-Lodge Rescue

Leslie and Jasmine travel to Gardena, Calif., to rescue a vacation rental with an open concept gone wrong; from a shower that can be reached from the bed to terrible furniture, Jasmine is out to transform this disaster into a luxury hotel room.

Suite Dreams

Leslie's disappointed after checking in at a Joshua Tree spaceship desert escape; broken furniture and a theme that's lost in space leave Jasmine with her hardest project yet.

Lost in Space

Leslie and Jasmine travel to Idyllwild, California, to rescue a cabin that's fallen into disrepair; from a carpeted bathroom to falling-apart stairs, Jasmine has her work cut out for her if she's going to bring this rental back to its former glory.

Backwoods Breakdown

Leslie calls on Jasmine to save a dream house rental that's full of nightmares in Long Beach, California; to keep this money pit from going under, Jasmine must deal with broken furniture and a decor that screams tacky.

Dollhouse Disaster

Leslie travels to Temecula, Calif., and checks into a rental with more red flags than a wine tasting has red wines; filthy shag carpeting and an unsafe sleeping loft leave Jasmine starting from scratch to revive this once cozy cottage.
