Holidays and weather delays keep the Baeumlers on their toes when they are forced to solve constant issues at the finishing stage. As Bryan and Sarah attempt to finish the exterior of the house, the frustrated electrician also deals with a setback.

More new family routines and deadlines challenge the Baeumlers; when Bryan makes an important design decision without consulting Sarah, a worker gets caught in the crossfire and progress is slowed.
