The ratings success of "Texas Flip N Move" has spawned DIY to spin off the series to the east. In Louisiana, three teams of real estate risk-takers buy abandoned properties in the Big Easy. The homes are then hauled to new locations and undergo complete renovations in just one week, turning dilapidated dwellings into spectacular gems. Creativity comes into play before the fix-up process, however, when the entrepreneurs must find ways to transport the homes through the city's narrow roads or even float them on barges across the mighty Mississippi River to their new addresses. The competition concludes at the auction block, where the flippers find out who turns the biggest profit. Who gambles and loses big? Who destroys their house mid-move? And who gets their chops busted by their annoying rivals?
