The deep fryer works into the early morning hours on "Last Call Food Brawl," a competition to determine who is crowned king or queen of late-night bites. Hosted by "Next Food Network Star" runner-up Adam Gertler, each episode visits a different American city to challenge four chefs -- hailing from 24-hour diners and mom-and-pop eateries to four-star establishments -- to prepare the best comfort food. Each competition has two rounds, after which the patrons and local judges in each establishment choose the winning chef. New Orleans; Austin, Texas; Memphis and Nashville, Tenn.; and Atlanta are among the cities visited in the series.
