One Year Later

Bill gathers the teens and their families in Tennessee for the finale celebration and a recap of each renovation; we'll see where each kid excelled and where they may have fallen short, and a sneak peek at just how successful their flips might be.

The Finish Line

It's time for the big reveal! the punch lists are done, and staging is complete; Bill tours each property and reveals the incredible transformation these kids have achieved in only 10 days.

Setting the Stage

As the kids approach the finish line, Bill encourages them to finish strong. Olly receives some tips from a hall-of-fame public speaker, while AJ and Jesse play a fierce game of Jenga, and Bella paints a portrait.

Almost There

AJ and Jesse's house is almost complete. Olly focuses on curb appeal, and Ryleigh visits Moses Lake to hang out with Sophia and Bella.

It Takes a Village

The teens share the heart of the show by giving back, serving others, and causing a ripple effect throughout their community. Olly, AJ, Jesse, Sophia, and Isabella each leave a meaningful message for the future homeowner.

Leave Your Mark

The teen flippers begin to realize the difficulties of real estate when they face unexpected financial issues. Olly is sidelined from football after breaking his collarbone, and Jesse and AJ struggle to juggle their schoolwork and renovations.

Runaway Budget

The teens take a much needed break from work to play some mini-golf and pet some baby alligators. Olly tears up the streets with his first driving lesson.

Time for a Little Fun

After multiple storm delays, AJ and Jesse finally make it to Tampa, Oliver pivots his plans due to lost time from the hurricane, and Bill shares personal details about his life and family.

Getting Back on Track

A massive hurricane threatens the projects managed by Olly, AJ and Jesse; Sophia and Isabella struggle with a renovation twice the size of the others, fearing they took on too much.

Hurricane Hault

Teen flippers Oliver, Jesse, AJ, Sophia and Bella meet their mentors, Bill and Ryleigh; after the teens select and present their projects, the group celebrates birthdays for Sophia, Bella, and Ryleigh.
