The team collaborates with Acts Housing, a local program that helps first-time homebuyers purchase their first property; with a budget cap of $50K, it's all hands on deck to design and DIY; at the same time, Konya's most expensive project - Church Street - is coming together, and she's under mounting pressure to clear inventory from last year.

With costs mounting at Church Street, Konya tours Diane through it to get her sign-off on the hefty price tag; at Emerson, the hunt for a sink that Konya must have sends Matt and Pete on a mission that takes them sky-high - literally; after months of construction, Konya's sister and brother-in-law get their first look at the newly completed Emerson Street, now fully transformed from a neglected eyesore into a stunning showpiece.

A historic gem hits the auction block and Konya does everything it takes to get her hands on it; the Emerson project faces the Landmark Commission and Konya and team search the Hendricks family storage unit to add a personal touch to the Emerson powder room.

The success of the mission depends on selling houses, and Konya can't do it all; she turns up the heat on her nephew Connor to figure out a new approach to move homes sitting on the market from last year; at the same time, Konya and the team dive headfirst into two neighboring projects that come with high renovation price tags: Church Street and Emerson Street.
