In a challenging twist, contestants swap partners and work on a guest bedroom in another team's house. Ty, Sarah, and Mika mentor their new partner mashups for a chance at the $3,000 prize.

Bedroom Shake-Up

This week, teams take on the main bedroom and its en-suite bathroom. But they face a fresh challenge: breathing new life into discarded furniture. The Kalamas return as judges to decide who added the most rental value to their vacation home.

Big Risks, Big Rewards

Contestants take on the most expensive room in the house: the kitchen; Ty, Sarah, and Mika are back to take each team slab shopping and lead them to victory, but only one team will walk away with $3,000.

The Competition Heats Up

New teams meet their mentors and take on the biggest beach homes yet, starting with the living room; before they can get to work, they must compete in the first challenge of the season to choose their house; the Kalamas join to judge.
