Jonathan Bennett challenges the chefs to make dishes using ingredients synonymous with the 1970s, but a fondue pot throws the new school chefs for a loop; the competitors take on Japanese soufflé pancakes and their own version of chicken Kiev.

Jonathan Bennett heads back to 1994 with guest judge Wayne Knight as they challenge the chefs to create elevated dishes using '90s foods and an iconic grill; the competitors struggle to re-create accordion potatoes and a classic beef Wellington.

Jonathan Bennet celebrates 2002's "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" by having the chefs transform moussaka for guest judge Nia Vardalos; the competitors turn sushi waffles into equally viral-worthy dishes and see whose mac and cheese wins them $10,000.
