Payments
  • Learn how to pay your DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS satellite bill online, by phone, or by mail.

    Pay by phone:

    Call 888.388.4249 and say "make a payment" when prompted to pay using our automated system.

    Pay by USPS mail:

    Send a check or money order, payable to DIRECTV, in the pre-addressed envelope included with your monthly statement. If you don’t have the pre-addressed envelope, mail your payment (including your DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS billing account number) to:

    Pay DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS bill online:

    Online billing is available only to satellite business customers and not to those billed by a dealer.
    1. Go to Billing & Payments.
    2. Select the Pay Bill button.
    3. Select the calendar icon to enter the payment date.
      • You may be able to select a future date for your payment, no more than 60 days, based on your account standing.
    4. Select one of the following saved payment methods:
      • Checking/savings account—enter your bank’s routing number and account number.
      • Credit/debit card
        Note: You can add or update your payment method at any time. Under the Payment Method section, select the Add or Change button next to the payment method (for example bank account, credit/debit card) you want to manage.
    5. Alternatively, you can choose to make a one-time payment method using the unsaved payment method option.
    6. Review your information and select Pay Bill to complete.

    Good to know:

    To make a payment without signing in, visit Pay without signing in and enter your DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS billing account number and ZIP code. Although split payments are no longer supported, if your account is in good standing, you can still make partial payments using multiple payment methods.

    Pay using bank-to-bank (ACH) payments:

    To pay your DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS bill directly from your bank account you must set the payment up with your financial institution. Field names may vary by bank.
    1. Sign in to your bank’s website or mobile app.
    2. Find the Bill Payments or Pay Bill.
    3. Select Add Payee or Add New Account for first time set-up or click Details under existing DIRECTV option to make changes.
    4. Enter the following information:
      • Bank Name: JP Morgan Chase
      • Routing Number: 122100024
      • Account Number: 8018707
      • Account Name: DIRECTV RECEIVABLES LLC
      • Include your DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS Billing Account Number, Company Name, and payment amount as needed when creating/updating bank-to-bank payments.

  • Yes you can pay your DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS satellite bill without signing in, using a bank account, debit or credit card. You'll need the DIRECTV account number and your billing ZIP code to submit a payment. For detailed instructions, read our user guide.
  • Sign in online or call 888.388.4249 to set up automatic payments from your bank account, debit card, or credit card to pay your DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS bill each month. After you’ve enrolled in auto bill pay, you will see “No Payment Due” in the Amount Due section, along with confirmation of Auto Bill Pay enrollment in the remit section that your payment was charged on the statement date.

User ID and passwords
  • Create an  online account and select DIRECTV connect via satellite, and then enter your DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS account number and billing ZIP Code. Provide a unique email address to create your user ID. For DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS remote app users, use your existing User ID to access your account. For detailed instructions, read our user guide.
  • Sign in and select Change under User ID, and then enter new ID. Verify with one-time code and select Submit.
    Tip: Update User ID if account responsibility changes. Add recovery phone/email for security.
  • Sign in and select Forgot email or user ID, and then enter your email address or account number and select Continue. The user ID will be emailed to the email address on file
    Tip: Your account number is located at the top left of your billing statement. Call 1.888.388.4249 to update your user ID if its not accessible.
  • Only the DIRECT FOR BUSINESS primary account owner has access. Some business account types (e.g., dealer‑billed or streaming subs) are not eligible to use the online billing capabilities.

    If you are renting or leasing your business space, you will need to complete the Landlord Approval Form prior to installation at your new location.

  • Refer up to 10 businesses and earn a $10 monthly credit for 10 months per referral after activation. The referred business also gets $10/month for 10 months.   • 4K resolution delivers four times the pixels of 1080p for sharper, more detailed images. 4K HDR (High Dynamic Range) enhances color and contrast, creating a vivid, almost three-dimensional picture.
  • No there is no additional cost. 4K programming is available on DIRECTV channel 104 which is included in most DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS programming packages. Depending on your package, you may also be able to view live events on channels 105 and 106.

  • 711 – Card is not active
    Receiver has not been activated for DIRECTV service, or your receiver has received only part of the data it needs to decode our satellite signal.
    721 – Service is not authorized (video)
    The channel you're trying to watch is not included in your programming package, or your receiver is not processing the programming information on this channel.
    722 – Service expired (video)
    Receiver may not have the programming info for the channel you're trying to view.
    724 / 725 / 726 – RID Issues
    Receiver's ID doesn't match the ID listed in the system, or your receiver's ID doesn't match your receiver's access card information.
    727 – Not available in your area
    The sports program you're trying to watch is blacked out in your area.
    744 / 745 / 746 – Card/Reader Prob
    There might be a problem with your receiver's access card.
    750 – Service Not Active
    752 – Info Update Error
    There might be a problem with your receiver's access card.
    761 / 762 – Insert Your Access Card (video)
    Access card in receiver may not be inserted properly, or receiver is having trouble reading it.
    764 – Wrong Card Inserted
    The wrong access card has been inserted in your receiver.
    771 – Satellite signal issue on all receivers (video)

    This video discusses troubleshooting steps a National Accounts customer can take to check if their receiver has lost its connection to the internet, or to connect it to the internet for the first time.

    This video for the National Accounts team provides and overview of the front panel buttons and rear input/output ports for the four receiver models currently in use in Commercial spaces -- the H24, H25, H44 and the newly released H26K.

  • 711 – Card is not active
    Receiver has not been activated for DIRECTV service, or your receiver has received only part of the data it needs to decode our satellite signal.
    721 – Service is not authorized (video)
    The channel you're trying to watch is not included in your programming package, or your receiver is not processing the programming information on this channel.
    722 – Service expired (video)
    Receiver may not have the programming info for the channel you're trying to view.
    724 / 725 / 726 – RID Issues
    Receiver's ID doesn't match the ID listed in the system, or your receiver's ID doesn't match your receiver's access card information.
    727 – Not available in your area
    The sports program you're trying to watch is blacked out in your area.
    744 / 745 / 746 – Card/Reader Prob
    There might be a problem with your receiver's access card.
    750 – Service Not Active
    752 – Info Update Error
    There might be a problem with your receiver's access card.
    761 / 762 – Insert Your Access Card (video)
    Access card in receiver may not be inserted properly, or receiver is having trouble reading it.
    764 – Wrong Card Inserted
    The wrong access card has been inserted in your receiver.
    771 – Satellite signal issue on all receivers (video)

    773/774 - Hardware Errors

    Too many receivers connected to a SWiM (single wire multi-switch).

Sports subscriptions

Public Viewing establishments must provide FCO documentation before activating seasonal sports or Pay Per View programming. Email your FCO documentation to: FCO@directv.com or call 855.324.8966. Required Documentation:
    • FCO Certificate issued by the fire department, local government, or zoning agency (must include business name and address).
    • Alternatives:
      • Building occupancy certificate (showing business's maximum occupancy)
      • Business license stating the number of seats and occupancy details
      • Signed letter from Fire Marshal or city official on letterhead stating occupancy
      • Certificate of Inspection or Life Hazard Use Certificate showing max capacity

    Note: FCO is not required for Business or Private Viewing establishments.

SignalSaverTM

  • The SignalSaver™ feature keeps your DIRECTV channels working during weather related satellite outages on eligible internet connected H26K and H44 receivers. It supports 240+ national channels and select local networks (ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, PBS). An internet connection is required.
    • Check eligibility: Menu → Settings → Info & Test to view your receiver model.
    • Check internet status: Press the dash (–) twice; the last line will show Connected or Not Connected.
    • Some programs may not be available for SignalSaver at each Networks discretion.
  • If you see “Broadcast provider has restricted access to this program” message on your screen - the program or channel is not available to view over the Internet using SignalSaver. On your DIRECTV remote control, press the Guide button to find a different program to watch, or you can select Watch in Low Res to view the programming in low resolution during a weather event.
  • Press Menu on your DIRECTV remote control, then select Settings, and then select Info & Test, and then select to view the DIRECTV receiver model.
  • The receiver will return in 30 minutes plus the end of the program to limit interruption of current program. If signal interruption occurred 10 minutes into a 60-minute program, then return would be 30 minutes + 20 minutes for a total of 50 minutes viewing over the Internet connection. If you change channels while viewing over the Internet connection, the session restarts on the new channel and the receiver returns in 30 minutes plus the end of the program.
  • You must have a DIRECTV H26K or H44 model receiver that is connected to the Internet. To find the model number, press Menu > Settings > Info & Test on your remote. The first line shows the model number starting with “H.”
  • After the weather event clears, change the channel or power-cycle the receiver by selecting the On/Off button to resume satellite programming.
  • Press the dash (-) key twice on your remote (below the number 7). The last line on your TV screen will show Internet: Connected or Not Connected.
  • Using a connected H26K or H44 receiver and your remote control, go to Menu > Settings > SignalSaver. This setting defaults to Always Ask; you can change this by arrowing up or down and pressing Select on your remote control. This setting is specific to each receiver; you’ll need to adjust it on each one.
  • If your receiver shows it’s not connected:

    H44: Menu → Settings → Internet Connect → Select network → Enter password. H26K: Requires Ethernet or technician visit. Press “–” twice on remote to check connection.
