  • These two services are sold separately. Your cost for DIRECTV will vary based on your TV package selection, and the pricing for your internet service will be determined and billed separately by your internet provider.
  • DIRECTV offers a streaming service specifically for businesses; residential service isn’t permitted for commercial use. Each TV requires a minimum internet speed of 8 Mbps for optimal performance. The DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS support team is available to assist you in selecting the most appropriate entertainment solution for your business.
  • DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (streaming delivery) is available to view online at: https://www.directv.com/legal/directv-commercial-customer-agreement-streaming/

  • Automatic bill payment is required for streaming service and must be paid by the due date to avoid service disruption. To update your auto bill payment method, call 866.347.1279.
  • If your payment was rejected or not received by the due date, an automated email alert will be sent. To update your payment method and/or to make a one-time payment, call 866.347.1279.

  • Customers streaming over the internet will get their monthly bill emailed to them to the address on file. To learn more about charges and fees view a sample bill. If you need assistance, call 866.347.1279.
  • No, you will not be able to pay your streaming bill online. Currently, the DIRECTV self-service center is only available to business users with satellite service. To make a payment, call 866.347.1279.
  • Auto bill pay and paperless settings are automatically enabled for customers streaming over the internet. Your payment method on file will be charged each month for hassle-free payments. You cannot cancel autopay or paperless billing as outlined in your DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (streaming delivery). However, you can update your auto bill payment method and paperless billing contact email by calling 866.347.1279.
