Priced Out: Fear and Resistance in Mobile Parks

The Cascade PBS Investigative team examines the practices of Washington-based mobile homeownership group Hurst & Son. This short documentary follows the ensuing tenant organizing efforts, and examines the effectiveness of state legal protections for residents. We introduce you to tenants and take you to parks in Yakima, Aberdeen, and Spokane, and hear from the State Attorney General's office on their efforts to address the issues tenants have raised the alarm about.
