Captain Scarlett

Captain Scarlett (Richard Greene) returns to France to discover the Duke of Corlaine (Manolo Fabregas) seizing property and terrorizing those who resist. When Scarlett helps Spanish Princess Maria (Leonora Amar) escape an arranged marriage, he is arrested and placed in chains, along with Pierre Du Cloux (Nedrick Young), whose lands were confiscated, forcing him to become an outlaw. Scarlett and Pierre break out, rescue Maria and set about rousing the peasants to resist the duke's tyranny.
