If you need assistance with your DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS® streaming service, call 866.347.1279.

Yes, DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS streaming service is limited to select distribution at this time. We’ll update this page in the coming months when distribution expands nationwide.

If you have TVs in the same vicinity tuned to the same program/game, each TV may stream at a slightly different point in the broadcast. Therefore, DIRECTV Satellite service is recommended for businesses, such as sports bars and restaurants, needing perfectly synchronized broadcasting across all TVs, or that do not have adequate internet bandwidth to support streaming.
Internet connection is required to stream content on a DIRECTV device. For optimal viewing, we recommend a minimum internet speed of 8Mbps or more, per device, to deliver the best experience.

Internet download speed can affect your viewing experience especially with multiple devices connected. If you’re watching DIRECTV on 10 devices/TVs, we recommend a minimum of 80Mbps.
These two services are sold separately. Your cost for DIRECTV will vary based on your TV package selection, and the pricing for your internet service will be determined and billed separately by your internet provider.

Billing

Automatic bill payment is required for streaming service and must be paid by the due date to avoid service disruption. To update your auto bill payment method, call 866.347.1279.

Customers streaming over the internet will get their monthly bill emailed to them to the address on file. To learn more about charges and fees view a sample bill. If you need assistance, call 866.347.1279.

Auto bill pay and paperless settings are automatically enabled for customers streaming over the internet. Your payment method on file will be charged each month for hassle-free payments. You cannot cancel autopay or paperless billing as outlined in your DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (streaming delivery). However, you can update your auto bill payment method and paperless billing contact email by calling 866.347.1279.

Keep in mind: Payment must be received by the due date to avoid service disruption. Remember to update your payment if your card has expired or changed.
If your payment was rejected or not received by the due date, an automated email alert will be sent. To update your payment method and/or to make a one-time payment, call 866.347.1279.
No, you will not be able to pay your streaming bill online. Currently, the DIRECTV self-service center is only available to business users with satellite service. To make a payment, call 866.347.1279.

  • Create a Favorites List. Select GUIDE and the channel you want to add, press OK, and hold to save. Repeat this step to add more channels to your list. Press FAV CH to button to access list.
  • Press and hold the (-) button on your remote for device information, serial number, MAC ID, IP address.
  • Press and hold the OK button to open SPORTS MODE to access all live sporting events and add up to the minute stats when viewing full screen video
