Switch between Genre Packs and Signature Packages

It’s easy to change from Genre Pack to Signature Packages.

If you need a wider variety of channels, then switching to a Signature Package may be right for you.  

How to switch from Genre Packs to Signature packages

  1. Sign into your account and go to MyTV Package.
  2. Scroll to learn more about Signature Packages, select Learn More.
  3. Review comparisons, Shop Signature Packages
  4. Build your new TV Package.
  5. Review your current TV Package.
  6. Build your new TV package, find the Signature Package that's right for you and select +Switch. 
  7. Checkout to complete the purchase.  

Note:  The new TV package takes effect on the next bill date. You won't be able to add or remove items until then. If you need to make changes, you can cancel your switch before that date. 

How do I cancel a pending switch?

  1. Sign into your account and go to MyTV Package.
  2. On the Account Overview page, review pending changes.
  3. Cancel Switch.

 

Can I switch from Signature packages to Genre Packs?

If you’re a current Signature package customer and want to switch to Genre Packs.
