Most customers can cancel by calling 855.695.2392.

 

Here are a few exceptions:

• If you live in New York, Colorado, or Illinois you have the option to sign in and cancel online.
• If you get DIRECTV through your building or HOA, call 866.258.8766.
• If you’re a building manager or provide DIRECTV as a courtesy service (such as a free account for demonstration), call 888.342.7288.

Most customers can easily cancel online. Here’s how:

• Sign in to Manage my TV Package.
• Select Cancel my service.
• Follow the on-screen prompts.

Here are a few exceptions:

• No “Cancel my service” link? Call 855.695.2392.
• If you get DIRECTV through your community, HOA, or via your rent, call 866.258.8766.
• If you’re a building manager or provide DIRECTV as a courtesy service (such as a free account for demonstration), call 888.342.7288.
• Signed up for DIRECTV through Roku? You can cancel using your remote or by visiting my.roku.com.
