Don't get your service via home satellite dish?

Most customers can cancel by calling 855.695.2392.

 

Here are a few exceptions:

  • If you live in New York, Colorado, or Illinois you have the option to sign in and cancel online.
  • If you get DIRECTV through your building or HOA, call 866.258.8766.
  • If you’re a building manager or provide DIRECTV as a courtesy service (such as a free account for demonstration), call 888.342.7288.
