Update your Roku device or Amazon Fire TV for DIRECTV

Your Fire TV should update your device automatically. If you want to make sure, go to Settings, then Appstore. You should see On under Automatic updates.

On Fire TV go to Settings

1. Select My Fire TV
2. Select About, then Check for System Update

To make sure a particular application is updated

1. Navigate to that app
2. You should see an Update button instead of Open

Roku
Your Roku device should update your software and channels automatically. To check manually, follow these instructions.

1. Press the Home button
1. Select Settings
2. Select System
3. Select System Update
4. Select Check Now

3. Then select Check for Updates
