- Up Faith and Family is available as an add-on for Satellite and streaming customers, with some exceptions.
- Customers who stream DIRECTV on Signature packages and who pay by Roku cannot add Up Faith and Family through DIRECTV.
- Genre Pack customers who also pay by Amazon, Roku or Google, cannot add Up Faith and Family.
- Up Faith and Family through DIRECTV requires an internet connected HD-DVR, via the DIRECTV app on a compatible device or directv.com.
- Up Faith and Family through DIRECTV does not provide access to the Up Faith and Family website or app.

If you sign-up for Up Faith and Family through DIRECTV, it won't automatically replace any existing Up Faith and Family subscription you might have. To avoid additional charges, you'll need to cancel your existing Up Faith and Family subscription.

- Locate Up Faith and Family, select Add, follow the prompts.
- The monthly charge auto-renews through DIRECTV at the current monthly rate, and you can cancel anytime.
Ways to watch Up Faith and Family through DIRECTV
- You don't need a separate Up Faith and Family account or additional sign-in to access programming.
- Customers with Satellite receivers, you'll find Up Faith and Family on Channel 1924 in your guide (internet connected HD-DVR required).
- Streaming customers without Satellite dish, you'll find Up Faith and Family on your Gemini or compatible device under the On Demand menu, select Networks, Locate Up Faith and Family.
- All customers including Satellite, with an Up Faith and Family subscription can access programming on the DIRECTV app or on directv.com under On Demand menu, select Networks, locate and select Up Faith and Family.
